Hummingbird Place

The manager is out of control, running the place by anger and fear. The place is full of cockroaches. It is drug infested sponsored by the manager. They gave me one hour to get out even though I was going to pick up the rest of my full deposit they kept my furniture, my bathroom belongings and accuse me of stealing stuff to hide their accusations from what I understand for firsthand witnesses that my furniture is sitting in the apartment of the assistant manager living room, and she is enjoying my La-Z-Boy furniture that is reclining now my furniture is no good because they are cockroach filled, and I’m sure drugs were hidden in the couch as wellin some of the apartments the bathroom floors are falling in in one apartment as you were cooking. Your dinner there would be a cockroach walking

This apartment place hasn't been called hummingbird for a long time it's called ( Kinnidi place apartment's)

That place needs to be torn down. Nothing is working right... it'll never work right, it'll never get fixed, way overpriced in rent.(700) They didnt remodel the place they did patchwork that's all they did. Black mold on the walls, ceiling, closets. The black mold is being painted over. Not getting rid of the black mold is a definite health risk. If I could give it a -5 stars I would definitely give it a -5 Stars.

Landlord doesn't do anything but ignored you and collect rent . These apartment are bug infested and toilet is always clogged. And the floor is literally needs replaced and I've fell Two times and twisted my ankle . I could go on but i have more bugs to kill.

Landlord never answers phone air conditioning broke and bugs were found here and pipes in kitchen sink are molded.
