Hull Property Group

Business and dreams end with Hull Property Group. After Hull Property Group bought are mall they started canceling lease agreements immediately. Only giving tenants 5 days or less to get out which I don't believe is legal. They then started destroying are beautiful Northlake Mall in Charlotte NC and boarding up location permanently. They would not give tenants time to relocate destroying businesses. They try to extort money out of you by canceling lease agreements that they bought when buying the location to tell you pay them more then you may be able to stay. If you can cancel a lease agreement every time you want more money it's extortion!

They did the same to the mall in Rome, Ga. I used to enjoy going to the mall, taking the kids to ride the carousel. I especially enjoyed the water fountains and all the stores to choose from. It's a ghost town now. The only time I go there is for Hot Topic and I honestly feel like they're about to leave. I'd rather make the drive to Hamilton Place in Chattanooga. I'm honestly surprised they haven't bulldozed it. They are supposed to get a Rural King, but I think I'll stick to the Tractor Supply down the road.

1 star is wayyyyyy too much This group is horrible they are destroying thousands of peoples lives by forcing all these businesses to close in all these malls across America its really sad disgusting and disturbing smh they need to be shut down if they cant handle the responsibilities of ownership. They destroyed our Town Center Mall in Charleston, WV. Immediately started running stores out, and boarding them up. Their plan is to close a mall and use it as a tax write off. Their business should actually be illegal.

Tenants have reported encountering rudeness and unprofessionalism. The firm's approach to tenant relations has been criticized as ineffective. Clear communication is essential in such situations.
