Overall, we’ve had a good experience living here. The community is generally quiet and family-friendly, and the location is convenient for shopping, schools, and daily needs. The management team is responsive and polite, and maintenance requests are usually handled in a reasonable time. The apartment itself is comfortable, clean and offered great amenities.

I wanted to share my experience living at the Hull apartments. I didn’t have the best start with the previous management but the new RPM management is fantastic. The office worker is efficient and very helpful, the maintenance man Paul really makes the community a better place. I saw him at 7 am shoveling the sidewalks so I was able to have a pathway to work. They truly care about the overall well being of the place and they do a very nice job of making it feel like home. I’d recommend this place to anyone!

The people and community are just so welcoming and the management is amazing! Tessa W really helped us out finding this place and made sure it was safe perfect for us! If we ever needed anything she helped us out! The apartments are very cute and home especially with the floor plan we had. Maintenance was always so nice to us and would come not long after we called if there was a problem!

Worst apartment experience ever I had high hopes for them being in east Lansing all my other places being in Lansing. I would go back and live in any apartment I lived at but this one. They can’t keep a staff, and the corporate office is in another state. It made it so hard to get in contact with people to get things done especially when they can’t keep on one in the office in Lansing, when they did have someone they were never actually at the office. I had a leak above my patio for almost the whole year I lived there, and when I move out it was still there maintenance and everyone was useless. That is not even half of what happens out there you move out there good luck.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU LEASE!!! I’ve tried multiple complexes around east Lansing. Coming from renting an outdated musty house I was eager to try complexes in the area. After touring multiple locations I was so confident in Hull apartments. I toured with Tessa and she gave me the best tour out of every other place. I do have a pet that I’ve been taking care of for years and I was denied residency because of this pet. Tessa ensured me that he was of no issue here. I’m so excited to get out of the musty basement I was recently living in and move into a fresh new space. The location is perfect for me to get to class and work and I’m so excited to call this place home.
