Stayed here 6 months. Awesome place to live! The staff is wonderful. The place is basically new. I was the first occupant in my unit. Relatively quiet, safe neighborhood. Walking distance to buses and amenities. Sky Lounge. Rooftop patio. Regular social events with food, no extra charge. I would give it 5 stars, but would I live here again? Sadly, no, because the of the car stacker. It's a fantastic way to park your car, but it's always breaking down. If you need to drive somewhere, or are returning home and the stacker is down, it's a real hassle. They do attend to it right away, but it’s a design problem, so no amount of maintenance is going to keep it fixed. Sadly, 3 stars. Edit: Upped to 4 stars. They really do treat their residents well. It’s much appreciated. Car stacker still suck
I am not typically one to write bad reviews but in our 3 months living here we’ve had many poor experiences. We’ve had a maintenance guy walk straight into our apartment without notice, which they explained was an error on their app that allowed him to do that. We have a “private” patio we were told no one would be walking through without notice, and on 2 different occasions we had maintenance people or landscapers walk through, being able to see right into our apartment. We had an apartment friendly turf patch for our puppy, which we talked to the property manager on our tour about how nice it will be to not have to take the dog down to the bathroom. After a few weeks we were asked to remove this as it violates our lease. I am totally okay if that is the rule and we missed it, but frustra
I’ve been looking at quite a few apartments in Redmond and I think this might be the one for me. The leasing agent was really nice. She was willing to accommodate me bringing along my 3 friends join us on the tour. I’m sure we drove her crazy with all our questions about the building and area. However, she was really understanding and answered pretty much everything. I’d had an apartment picked out before I left. Savahnna called me before I even made it back to my hotel to let me know she’d thought of one that would be a better option. I’ll be headed back to check it out and apply.
I moved to The HUE apartments in the middle of last May. So far, my experience has exceeded my expectations. I was fortunate enough to qualify for an ARCH apartment and Michelle worked with me to ensure the process went smoothly. I had at first wanted a one bedroom but there was only a studio available. I was hesitant at first but it has worked out well for me. Michelle and Savanah, the office staff, are always so helpful with any assistance I need. Also, the maintenance guys are fast to respond to any maintenance requests I have had. Another thing I have enjoyed is the monthly event they have so the residents can get together and meet their neighbors. So far there has been a CINCO DE MAYO party, rooftop BBQ, Outdoor Games party, and most recently a MIMOSA BRUNCH.....I can hardly wait t
I ended up walking in impromptu to Hue on a whim and the leasing agent Savannah was super flexible and took me on a tour in between her appointment slots. I ended up leasing an apartment, and I’m pretty satisfied. Some things to note: Hue is a little bit farther away from downtown Redmond, but I still walk to several things in the area, but generally drive to downtown Redmond (it’s a 4 min drive), which isn’t an issue since there’s good parking there. It’s a bit cheaper than the apartments truly downtown, and I think being a few extra blocks north is worth that trade off. The apartment building itself is pretty quiet and don’t see many people around often. Parking is either underground and easy (but is currently full), or is in a vending machine type thing (where I park). Only one car can
