Hudson Square North

Having lived in a few places in Hoboken, I can say this was a really nice place to live. What they promised upfront was very much what they delivered. The location is great, and I had close to zero maintenance requests the entire time I lived here, which honestly says a lot. The leasing staff was helpful, and they offered solid incentives when signing, which I appreciated. The only small downside was some inconsistency with the concierge experience. Everyone seemed well-intentioned, but at times it felt like they were busy and interactions weren’t always as warm as you’d expect. Nothing major, just a minor day-to-day thing. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed living here and felt the building did a good job honoring what it promised.

I live in a neighbouring Ironstate property and wanted to warn people about dodgy and unfriendly management. The company are spiteful and the ladies who work in the management office over at 333 River St are stale and need an attitude check. Editing to add - saw on social media recently that sewerage (brown sludge with floaters) flowed up into a tenant’s bathtub!!!! It was SO foul! The tenant then supposedly asked management to use a shower in a vacant apartment while the situation was rectified, but they refused and had to go without this basic amenity for who knows how long. Beware!!!

Hudson Square North has been a pleasure. I recently moved in and have had great experiences with the leasing office and the maintenance team. I did have a couple issues upon move in with oven/dishwasher, but they were very quick to fix everything and stay in contact with me through the process. The leasing office is very responsive and easy to communicate with - they will work with you too which was nice navigating moving out of my other building as well. All in all, a seamless experience!

I have lived at Hudson Square North for 18 months (2 leases). Overall, I have had a good experience. The location is perfect -- Literally a five minute walk from the PATH station, bars, and restaurants. The building is clean, quiet, and contemporary. My roommate and I moved in at a fair rate and then renewed our lease at a fair rate. Maintenance is helpful and responsive. A lot of fun community events such as free Italian Ice, popcorn, donuts, etc.

I have lived at Hudson Square North for a year and a half now. It's in a great location here in Hoboken, with an easy walking distance to both the train station and PATH trains to New York City. The apartment itself is spacious and has all the necessary amenities, such as a shower, dishwasher, and laundry machines. Heating units too! The few times that I've had to call maintenance, they were there promptly and fixed the issues in hardly no time at all. The management office door is always open and they listen to my concerns. A great place if you're looking for an apartment building in the area.
