Hudson Square Apartments

I moved in almost two months ago and overall have had a good experience so far. The apartment itself is very spacious, and I love how big the kitchen is with a lot of counter space. I’ve been very patient, but maintenance has been a bit slow at times and communication could definitely be improved. That said, everyone I’ve interacted with has been kind, professional, and never dismissive, which I truly appreciate. There have also been a few occasions where valet trash wasn’t picked up, even though it’s a monthly charge. Overall, I’m glad I chose to live here and have appreciated how friendly the staff has been. I’m giving 4 stars because I do enjoy living here and the team has been kind, I just hope to see more consistency and quicker follow-through moving forward. With those improvemen

The apartment rooms are bright and spacious. From balcony is beautiful view of the surrounding area. The community and amenities are fantastic. It's clear that the management team takes pride in maintaining the property; everything is always clean and well-kept. A huge part of what made this move so smooth was the incredible team in the leasing office. From my very first inquiry, Shelby had been nothing short of friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. She patiently answered all my questions, guided me through the application process with ease, and made me feel welcome.

The ladies at the front desk, Shelby and Sydney, were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They took the time to answer all my questions about the property, making the whole experience feel personal and attentive. The property itself is stunning and impeccably maintained. It baffles me why some people have negative things to say! My wife and I found it to be a perfect fit, especially with its proximity to the shopping area. The location is simply unbeatable! They also have a beautiful pool and organize seasonal resident events complete with prize giveaways and tasty food! It shows that they truly care about their community. I have lived at numerous apartment complex’s but this one is by far the best! Sydney and Shelby in the office are always so sweet and helpful. They’re always willing to help and listen. The ground are kept clean, the amenities all work and are kept up to date, the community is safe and the location can’t be beat. The office does a wonderful job of putting on different events and leave out snacks. You can tell they truly care about making this an inviting place to live. I’m so happy here and highly recommend it.
