The first home I was planning to purchase had many issues, and if it had not been for his inspection, I would have bought a home that clearly was not manageable for me. The second home he inspected for me will be the home I purchase (in process). He is professional, kind, and thorough. Not only was his report extensive and all inclusive, he provided it within 48 hours of the inspection. We contacted Bob on Friday. He scheduled us for Monday 4pm and he was right on time. Bob sat down with us. Shared some information about Radon and answered all our questions.
