Hudson Carolina Forest

Hudson has been the best decision we made when moving to Myrtle Beach. Conveniently in between historic Conway and the sunny beaches of Myrtle Beach in Carolina Forest. Jessica and leasing office team are outstanding. Maintenance is prompt and attentive. They communicate about everything well in advance and foster a true community vibe. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and for those looking to lease in the area, this is where you want to be.

Brittney and Jessica are truly exceptional at what they do. From day one, they’ve been professional, responsive, and incredibly organized. Communication is always clear and timely, and they consistently go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. They handle issues quickly and efficiently, keep the property well maintained, and make the entire management process stress-free. It’s obvious they care about both the property and the people involved, which makes a huge difference shout out to Kevin! Jessica and Brittany in the office are incredible! Always conduct themselves in a professional manner, communicate thoroughly, and are great people. They go above and beyond ensuring residents have a great experience, from booking events for residents to having food trucks on-site - it is not their fault if residents do not take them up on these offerings. The maintenance guys, Kevin and Charley are also great - they always look out for their residents to make sure their needs are met and taken care of. I could go on for days, but this is a great renting option located in the Carolina Forest area!

If i could give a 0 star rating i would. this place was my very first apartment living on my own and it was overall a horrible experience. Management loves to stick notes on your door or slide them under your door and won’t ever knock or try to actually speak to you. They love to ignore the phones and make you actually walk down there if you want to get in touch with someone. The water bill is not metered to your specific unit, rather the whole building and you have to pay an even split. my water bill was $200 one month and it was only 2 people living there who both worked full time. My current house doesn’t ever even get close to $100. When we decided to move out and give our notice, they started treating us badly and had horrible attitudes with us every time we needed to communicate with

A huge shoutout to Jess in the leasing office — she made the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free. She was always friendly, professional, and quick to answer any questions I had. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about residents’ experience like she does.
