I have been a resident here for 3 years now, and it’s truly become my home now. It’s a wonderful community to be a part of in a perfect location. Mayfaire across the street, the Forum is next door and Wrightsville Beach just 7 minutes away. Perla Raw Bar, an excellent restaurant is onsite. Our management team is just amazing! Deja our manager and Raegan, her assistant are that wonderful combination of warmth, kindness and professionalism. They always have time for you and any issues are taken care of in a timely manner. Deja and Raegan have made the atmosphere in the office such a great spot for visiting with other residents and furry friends are never turned away!🐶 I can’t imagine wanting to live anywhere else. The office has a great coffee machine available, hot teas, and doggie treats

Hudson has been a great place to live. The location is awesome. It’s super walkable to local spots and close to the beach, which is a huge bonus. The apartments are updated and have a great layout. I love that the building is locked and secure, with key access required to enter. The amenities are great, and the staff is honestly one of the best parts of living here. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and always willing to help or find answers if they don’t have them right away. Maintenance is quick and professional, and anytime something needs to be done, the team is happy to assist. Overall, no complaints here!

My wife and I lived here in 2023/24 and loved it. We moved back 7months ago and love it even more. Reagan and Deja who manage the property on site are truly the best and I challenge anyone to find better people to lead an apartment complex. They have built such a great community and for the first time ever (our 4th apartment including living here in past), we actually have friends and community where we live. I have never lived in a place where people actually hangout and know each other deeply in the lobby and common areas. It’s a no brainer that Hudson Renaissance is the top place for apartment living in the area for an “upscale vibe”. The location is probably the best in the Wilmington-area and they keep the complex clean with a cleaning person on staff at the building at least 5days a

I rarely ever write one star reviews but it’s warranted here. The new ownership team at Hudson Renaissance has completely ruined what used to be a great and well-run apartment complex. Yes, it’s a great location and the apartments are decent, but there’s many cheap parts of the rooms (i.e. cabinets, showers, stove) which makes the monthly payments not worth it. My biggest gripe with the new ownership (which I just saw another person had the same complaint in a review) is they nickel and dime you at move-out. Every apartment I’ve lived in covers typical maintenance for turning over an apartment except Hudson. You have to pay for carpet cleaning and give you the option to either pay $100 for a cleaning company or you can do it yourself. My wife and I thoroughly cleaned our apartment for 6 st

New management is horrible. Do not rent here. Lived here for over 3 years, paid them over $50,000 in rent, always paid on time and never was a problem tenant. During my time, previous management was excellent, maintenance was amazing, but after Bell Partners sold the property, it all went downhill. Most of the other tenants in the building are not friendly, college age, and all have a dog. Hallway encounters and elevator encounters with unfriendly dogs were a constant issue. Weed smell was constant as well even though the building is non-smoking. Parking lot was always a problem with getting a space, EV Charging, which is not included in rent and costs double standard electric pricing, spaces always taken by non-EVs. I accumulated multiple door dings on my car here as the spaces are tight
