Hudson Apartments

I'm going to be honest, I live around here and I find this place just....unimaginable. The constant police officers, ambulance and fire department either because someone is having a domestic violence issue or a drug overdose problem. It was fine before they finished the right side of the apartments.....so if you move into these apartments just beware of the type of people living here

Hi, i just moved into these apartments, and I wanna say thank you to frances and her maintenance man there. It's summer and extremely hot out. My AC wasn't working, and both employees jumped on it quickly. I honestly can say that when something needs to get done and is a priority, it sure gets done. Both workers are working hard to ensure the residents are living comfortably and happy. It's very quiet and peaceful. I also wanna say the complex is under construction, and so far, I've seen them work very quickly as well.

READ BEFORE YOU MOVE IN THIS Apartments ARE THR WORST. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR YOUR OWN PARKING SPOT ............................AND WHEN YOU YOU PUT A WORK ORDER THEY DONT EVEN LISTEN SOME........... AND THE LAWN IS ALWAYS MESSY AND THERE IS TRASH EVERYWHERE THEIR ARE MEAN KIDS WHO PLAY OUT SIDE AND MESS WITH YOU AND YOUR CARS AND THEY PLAY OUTSIDE TILL 1:00 AM 1. PARKING INFORMATION here's a picture you have to pay for your own parking spot the parking spot are all used...... when the hail hit people rushed to get their own paring spot and now 80%of the parking spots are used or more like owned I would suggest you that this apartments are not for you😤

Hudson apartments are owned by SAMMinistries and HUD and are only for people that are in permanent supportive housing.

New management super quick to respond to maintenance requests. Price is great. Water is shut off regularly tho so that’s annoying.
