Hubbard's Ridge Apartments

My father currently lives here and it has been nothing but a nightmare. His apartment is constantly infested with insects. When picking him up for less than 10 minutes to help him around the untreated ice on the stairs the tow company they clearly have an arrangement with attempted to steal my car. I was clearly parked in an unmarked spot with no tenant sign - I’m sorry poorly marked “visitor spots” around the corner and an unclearly communicated policy on visitors and also no open office on the weekends does not make this excusable to tow a vehicle parked so briefly. Be wary of this complex - especially when parking the tow company in question they partner with to swipe cars has no working phone number or address - all an incredible money grab. This apartment has become well known for it's roaches, bed bugs, spiders and poor/rude/inconsistent and inconsiderate management- the apartment managment has done an awful job at making this a safe and livable location. The slow response time from management for pest control is hindered due to pointing all blame on the resident because they do not take accountability. They will charge you rent and let you live with the pests, they DO NOT CARE. BREAK YOUR LEASE IF YOU CAN! IT IS NOT WORTH THE MENTAL STAIN OF LIVING HERE.

If u like spiders, roaches and so many gnats u can’t enjoy a meal or drink in your own house then this is the place for you!! You will pay every month for pest control and won’t see them unless u put in a request and pray they come to spray. If u like ur home smelling like cigarettes and weed then I advise you to run on down and get an apartment here, otherwise avoid this place like the plague. My Air conditioner filter hasn’t been changed since I moved in 5 months ago either and I promise u that living in a cardboard box in the middle of 30 at 5pm would be more enjoyable. I can literally hear my neighbor snore at night in my room through the wall. The dumpsters overflow and look out right trashy here. Yes I have pictures of EVERYTHING too. RUN!!!!

Do not stay here!!! Management is horrible!! It takes them forever to come fix things and I got a bed bug infestation, I had to throw out my furniture then when I went to the office manager after a month of contacting the management she said that I probably brought them in and that I would have to pay a service fee of $175 on top of my rent to get it exterminated how ridiculous! Do not stay here they do not care!

Viewed an apartment today and it was in horrible shape. Wall where air conditioner was, was open. The floors dirty with trash on them. The bathroom had tissue on the floor. Upstairs had trash on the floor and a dead bug. If the point of showing an apartment is to sell a person on it, idk why the leasing agent thought it was ok to show. Horrible experience… Don’t move here.
