Hubbard Park Place

We recently had the chance to check out Hubbard Park Place, and it left a really good impression. The building and grounds looked clean and well maintained — everything appeared tidy and cared for. The common areas felt welcoming and comfortable, creating a pleasant atmosphere overall. The staff we encountered were friendly and professional, taking the time to show us around and answer our questions. Their warmth and respect made the experience feel personal and reassuring. The apartments themselves (the unit we saw) seemed well kept and in good condition — no obvious wear or neglect. The layout felt spacious and thoughtfully designed. UPDATED POST as a response to another person's review. Hubbard Park Place is like no other apartment complex. It is 3 different buildings all in one, there are apartments in the Hubbard building, the Wall Street building and Park Place. All residents have access to ALL 3 buildings and ALL amenities. The management team is AWESOME, they go above and beyond to make sure the tenants are receiving great service. The issues with construction noise is to be expected, they don't just work 9-5, they are working hard each and every day to get this building completed. As with any type of construction, there will be delays due to unforeseen circumstances, that should be expected. I had the best experience living at Hubbard Park Place and would recommend the building & The Wood Companies to anyone looking! Great apartment, amenities, and people!

We lived here for 3 years only initially planning to do one year and get our feet on the ground in the city and move somewhere else. We ended up liking it so much we stayed! Fantastic location for newcomers to Columbus. You can meet all your needs within walking distance. Easy walk to the grocery store, easy walk up to OSU. Very centrally located, right by the park. If you are new to Columbus and want to be in a great location, this is your spot. Building management is the best. Communication is great and everyone is very professional and easy to work with. Rooftop pool, patio and steam room are a huge bonus, so is the underground parking. Car always stays dry and perfect.

I was a resident in this building for almost two years and had the most wonderful experience. Everybody involved with this company went above and beyond and I never had any issues, even with breaking my lease early for a job relocation. My two favorite parts of this apartment that I will miss greatly are the covered/safe parking and the rooftop pool with great views. It was the perfect place for a quiet piece of paradise.
