These people are without a doubt the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered in my life. I am completely shocked and disgusted with the way that I was spoken to by one of their employees. In the time that I have lived here it is pretty much downright impossible to get in contact with them. They don't answer the phone half the time and you have to send two or three emails before anyone responds. I had a mice infestation a couple of years ago that I had to take care of by myself because the exterminator that they sent kept sticking glue traps to my wall instead of fixing anything. I had wall damage due to leak in the apartment above me and I had to track them down for days before anyone responded. In the last three months they have lost 2 of my rent checks. They have raised our rent 24% over the last 2 years. I know it’s not illegal, but they refuse to negotiate at all or show any flexibility. Heartless slum lords who are exactly what is wrong with housing in this city.
