If I could give more stars I would! I have rented from a lot of landlords and management companies, and I have never found one like HRK before. Tony made us feel like family the moment we sat down to sign our lease 2 years ago. They not only welcomed us, but our fur babies as well. Anytime something needed fixed, they would send someone out immediately and continue to follow up with communication to make sure we were happy. They truly support you making your space your home. My husband and I have been truly blessed to have HRK as our landlord for the last two years. We are going to be very sad to leave them.

My husband, my self and our fur babies are so greatful for the staff at HRK properties. They are very professional and prompt. They are the best landlords we have had ever and we have had a few. I would recommend anyone with fur babies or not to rent from this company. Thank you all at HRK properties.

I rented from hrk for two years never missing a rent payment. I asked the leasing manager Stephanie for months and months for any upcoming availability for a bigger place with little to no response. When I finally found one they refused to let me transfer. My property was dated and infested with mice. My heat and ac broke about five times. This company is shotty at best.

HRK is rents run down overpriced apartments and they don’t have a phone number for a reason. They don’t want to deal with your issues and they won’t. My shower leaked into my basement for 4 years and they refused to fix it.

My husband and I have rented from them for 4 years in two different homes and it has been a great experience. I recommend them constantly to people.
