Beware of this place. Since I’ve moved out I’ve gotten 5 pending account balance emails. Everytime I pay there is a new balance. They use real page they company that was sued for gorging renters by constantly raising prices. There has been no communication, you get an email from a no-reply email address and no one ever responds. It feels like extortion. When I lived here, I had so many issues. The constant Airbnb guests make it feel like you are living in a hostel. They constantly encourage people living here to do Airbnb. there are flies all the time at the front gate, the place constantly has fire alarm issues and all they do is apologize and fix nothing. Packages constantly get stolen and they blame on mail people instead of doing something about it. It doesn’t feel safe. if you are des

Please get some signs or something for the front of the building (lobby main entrance). There is always lots of dog poop in the front, on the sidewalk, that myself and my guest have stepped in multiple times. Residents (unfortunately rude & too lazy to walk their dog(s) AWAY from the building ), also let their dogs relieve themselves in the front of the building since there are those strips of tan bark. So not only is there poop in front of the entire building (the whole block), but it smells absolutely horrible when you’re walking up to the lobby door & there are a swarm of flies. It has been this way for months, if not the whole year. Thank you

Noisy and unbearably hot room temperature. Left after 7 months, management is great but the building itself is poorly designed and there are constant issues. Room temperature being the worst of it all, my apt was insanely hot (75-79 degrees constantly) My apt had no windows either (that I could open) just a door to the courtyard. If you opened the door you would get a ton of noise. Avoid the ground floor at all, it floods when it rains and if u get lucky you’ll need to move. I saw at least 4 neighbors that had to move somewhere else after it got flooded. Then there was constant construction for months shortly after. Or you can also get random sewer popping up through your tub, it happened to mine and pieces of feces came out 😆 Honorable mentions… a random brick was thrown from a higher

UDR charged us almost $400 for painting repairs without any supporting evidence (e.g., photographs of the alleged damage beyond normal wear and tear, receipts/invoices to prove they actually paid for paint work to be done, etc.) to substantiate the charges, in violation of California Security Deposit Law. Know your rights. Update: UDR sent us an updated statement with the painting charge removed, so it looks like they are going to remedy the situation. I’ll update my review again when we receive the security deposit back. I give two stars now — one for Meg and one for Kris. Those two kind-hearted souls are the saving grace of this building. They must have to work really hard considering they’re the only staff on the property besides the janitorial crew.

These apartments is -10/10 , there is no Property Manager & She’s very hard to reach ! They charged you for your mailbox and etc when that should be FREE ! The LGBTQ CLUB will literally keep you up and since these multiple clubs in this area you can’t find a parking nor mention you won’t have a parking in the property garage because it’s FULL ! The street sweeping is super loud someone in the property plays loud party music … packages gets stolen CONSTANTLY because they let anybody in the building & your utility is 280-360 depending on how much of whatever you use on top of paying theirs extremely high rent … GOODLUCK
