HQ Flats

I moved to HQ Flats after taking an out of state job - while I was there, I absolutely ADORED my apartment and never once felt unsafe as someone unfamiliar with the area. The office staff, specifically Olivia and Sean, went out of their way to be helpful and made me feel at home. August, the maintenance tech, was exceptionally timely and friendly. While the job didn’t work out, my chapter in Columbus will always be positive due to the home I had at HQ. I cannot speak highly enough about the community, the office staff, or the value of my unit.

Staff is kind and helpful. Neighbors are great. Very dog friendly! Maintenance is fast. Increases in car break-ins and rent will likely cause us not to renew, but the main reason will be the poor winter maintenance.

I've lived here for almost 3 years before having to move out due to work location change. In all the complex was great and I had very little issues with it. I was the first to move in to the new phase 2 and the build quality was good but not great, but did not really hear through the walls too much. The room I was in was 50% windows, so there was no shortage of natural lights I've had my AC break once, but the emergency call was quick and I had a temp AC setup before they came to fix it the next day (weekend). I've had no issues with other residents. I've also have no pets so I can't really talk about their policies. Internet is spectrum and electric is AEP, I actually never had issues with spectrum here, which I cannot say the same for other places with spectrum so your mileage may vary

Hands down the best 'apartment complex ' that I've ever lived in! After selling my house, divorce, I wanted to buy but decided to rent. I'm in a 1st floor Ella....end unit, lots of windows, nobody behind or beside me. Simply one neighbor above. It is quiet. Yes you can hear the toilet flush and heavy footsteps, but it is nothing to deter you! If I could buy my apartment I totally would....and I'm not a condo gal. Lol!

Great Place, Great People! Staff is friendly, kind & very helpful. Grounds always kept clean.The neighborhood is well lit in the later hours. Neighbors respect each other and pets are well respected as well. I love it here, quiet and peaceful. Did I mention the pool… come see!👀
