Karen and Alicia are great property managers. I recently moved into this apartment complex and love how quiet it is. I feel very grateful to have moved here.

Great first time spot for my husband and I but I highly recommend getting a mold test upon moving in here. I don’t want to get into the details other than upon giving us NO other options for re-housing for our move (they had no apartments or other properties with availability. Or so they said) they told us they couldn’t really give us a timeline for the fixing of the mold issue, so it would probably be better to just leave. However, it really felt as though this was NOT a matter of emergency for them, rather an inconvenience. (Mind you we were the ones breathing this in & getting sick) It seemed they were just pushing us to move in order to probably do the least invasive version of “fixing the issue” & move a new tenant in. My husband and I lived in this complex for 1 and 1/2 years. The Management and staff were great. It's gated, very quiet complex, with a lovely pool, and well maintained landscaping. We had a pleasant experience. There were hardly any maintenance issues at all.The floor plans are practical, (more than I can say for our current apartments...) and the walk-in closet is AWESOME. Not that it matters to me, but there aren't decks on the 2nd floor apartments. However, we had a large window with a pretty view. The complex is also conveniently located right next to bus routes. Another awesome advantage - at least during our stay there - they operated on a month to month rental agreement, which means when we did end up moving on, we didn't have to worry about breaking a lease agreement or waiting un

Application process is highly outdated and cumbersome. Also, the staff need to be more friendly and professional about handling customer requests.

Started out great. Then management started finding ways to get more money out of us. Staff is friendly but very strict. Grounds are quiet but run down.
