Great Job! Brad and the team could keep the closing date needed for the relocation to the area. For the most part, the underwriter's demands were minimal, and the required documentation was readily available. I would recommend them again and will use them for our next purchase in VA.

My review is for one specific property manager, not necessarily the entire firm (although they may be fine as well). We're active duty military, and rented a house in Williamsburg for 2 years. My landlord was young and inexperienced, and often unreasonable. My initial manager was old, unorganized and inept, on a good day. Towards the end of our stay there, we were assigned a new manager by the name of Matt Gonzalez. His ability to articulate issues/concerns between both landlord and tenant was uncanny. His level of customer service coupled with his professionalism is unmatched; as both a tenant and landlord [of a condo in FL], I feel very qualified to say he's the best property manager I've ever dealt with. We had a bad experience with our agent here- our key was left under the mat (!) after she didn't show up to the closing, and we never even received a "Congrats on your new home" or anything. It left a very bad impression on us and we would highly recommend you looking for a different agency to represent you as a buyer.
