They're only about the sale .. At least in Denise's case. The whole process with the Century Complete ( incomplete and completely cheap is more like it ) was horrid. The builders lender was even worse. I spoke with my original realtor at a different realty office and as soon as I told her who the builder was she said " Oh my gosh, they're horrible " and never once did Denise from Allen Tate mention any such thing. Whenever something went wrong she would mostly defend the builder / lender and never really sided with me. So if you are reading this .. I have one thing to say to you Denise .. " Well bless your heart "

Penelepy has put me in the worst situation I could ever imagine. She recommended and used a fake inspector after convincing me not to use the one that I wanted, said extremely inappropriate things inside showings of other people’s homes regarding stereotypes and racism, and discussed her own inappropriate personal relationships with her sons in front of my 4 year old, amongst MANY other illegal, immoral and just plain disturbing details about my time with her. She didn’t show up to the closing and I ended up paying for mortgage fees when I bought my home in cash, she left my house unlocked THREE times during her hire, etc. Nightmare doesn’t begin to scratch the surface. I am a single mother who is now dealing with an inhabitable home because I learned the hard way that some realtors do not

Very unhappy with this business, we stopped so my girlfriend could pee at starbucks because she is pregnant, but the Starbucks parking lot was full so we parked at allen tate. We almost got arrested for trespassing! What kind of business does this! Never use them! They do not want business!!!!!!! Stay away!!!!!!!! You will get arrested!!!

I called them and left a message about a listing and they didn't bother to call me back. Then sold the property in a couple of days. I feel their business practices are unfair.
