Pleasant lady but did not know a lot about real estate in general. Had to forward information to her and surprisingly she expected her sellers to pay a full commission even if there was not a buying agent involved. Make yourself aware of the rules before you're taken advantage of!

If I could rate this a ZERO I would. Here is my experience! If you’re a first time home buyer and eager to purchase, BEWARE of SUSAN LAMONT with HOWARD HANNA REAL ESTATE. We were referred to this woman by Zillow. We thought that whoever posted the listing had to show the house if it wasn’t posted by our realtor originally.. (our ignorance) so we meet this woman thinking she’s acting on behalf of the seller but little do we know she had us sign an agreement to have her act as our realtor. Without asking us if we already had one.. she did this when we met her to look at our first house we were ready to purchase we just wanted to see it first. We were very eager and she wouldn’t show us the house without signing it after she had us inside of it so it was sort of rushed and we were very misl
