Avoid at ALL Costs. Absolutely, Do Not do business with an agent named Kathleen Patterson. see another review on here from 4 years ago. She is the sleaziest corrupt scam artist realtor you may ever meet. I recently had to back out of a money pit wreck of an offer on a house that she knew was bad. She wrote up a sleazy contract without property disclosure form, waive inspection and time pressured me to accept in 1 hours 🕙. She works with a scam outfit in Pa. for years with phony shell operations foreclosure. How this agency can employ her, Idk. She refused to show me the house inside after 1 time, then refused to clean it ( see other reviews) as per contract in ' broom clean' condition. she's a scammer ! Lost my escrow ! Then threatens to sue. ! and she carries a gun.. Bad as it gets..

My husband and I recently purchased a 19 acre parcel of land in Steuben County with a small cabin Our experience was terrible. The cabin was to have been in broom clean condition according to our agreement and purchase offer. We were told that was done but not offered a walk-through. We were not aware that we should ask for one. When we went to our property once everything was paid for nothing had been cleaned out of the cabin nor had it been cleaned. We were told the keys would be there as well as keys to a four wheeler that were left there as well none of the keys were there. I Feel that our realtor, Kathleen Patterson, did not do her job as well as she should have. She did offer to clean the property after the fact however we had taken care of the cleaning at that point. She had not
