Howard Hanna Great Neck

SLUM LORDS. Have been living without working AC since September 2022. Instead of fixing the broken ac unit, the property manager advised I move out. Do not rent from Howard Hanna unless you plan on having legal counsel on retainer because they treat their tenants with zero respect for the law.

I am a newer agent and have been at the Howard Hanna Great Neck office since March of 2022. I couldn’t be happier working with such a wonderful team of Realtors. Not only have I seen them give 110% to their clients, they always have the time to answer my questions and offer advice. My manager Sam Martin could not possibly be more nurturing not only to the new agents but to all of the agents under his watch! I believe anyone who would come to our office for assistance in buying, selling, or renting would most definitely feel safe and nurtured throughout their entire Real Estate process and also feel the camaraderie amongst everyone at our office as well as throughout the Howard Hanna company.

Linda Mah Ark is the best! She helped our family sell a house, sell a condo, and buy a house! The utmost in professionalism, kindness, and dedication, Linda is our go-to person. We would never turn to anyone else for our real estate needs and highly recommend her if you are looking to buy or sell a property.

I would do everything I could to avoid enlisting the services of this Howard Hanna. They could not have done worse by me in the sale of my home - I'm opening a formal complaint with the realty board and STRONGLY recommend against using them to sell your home. They were bullies (truly - a stunning experience) gaslighters, misrepresented my property - miraculously we did have 1 contract (in a very hot sellers market and my property should have had many as they promised it would when selling me their services) - what a travesty. The most important investment you'll have and they squandered it. Do not use them - believe all these reviews.

LINDA ARK was recommended to us when we moved from NewJersey to Virginia Beach For more than five years Linda was patient in finding us a lovely home in Virginia Beach. Linda is very professional and in spite of our distance was quick with her help and responses to our needs. Not only did Linda find us a home, she guided us during our move, with all the things we needed most, maintenance people, exceptionally good Asian groceries & restaurant, dependable handy man, good lawyer & insurance professionals, etc. Thank you Linda and Howard Hanna!!!!
