This has been one of the most infuriating and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with a property management company. My partner applied for one of their properties a while ago, got approved… and then? Crickets. No follow-up. No return calls. No responses to messages. Just complete radio silence. Called them a combination of four times throughout the week, 3 with the main office and 1 with a specific agent, Couldn't even get to an agent to talk to for renting one of their properties. The last call, they transferred me to the manager, where she said they "lost" my contact card and the agents didn't even know I existed. Which is weird, because I left a voicemail for one of the agents and left my information with the customer service every time I called. She didn't even seem apologetic. Even with talking to the manager, I still haven't even gotten a call back from anyone from their office to get an appointment. Colleen and Lety are as good as it gets in Norfolk. I truly can not recommend them higher for their accessibility, hard work, knowledge and dedication. I have now bought and sold a home with them and they got our house sold in record time!! We had a bidding war 12 hours after listing and sold within a month. I am serious when I say you would be crazy to go with anyone else for buying or selling in this area. Thank you SO much for everything!!

A terrible company that employees individuals that do not care about their tenants. We did not have working AC in our home for 3 months, May through August, the hottest time of the year. They continued to cancel maintenance requests throughout this time, not sending anyone to fix the issue. Inhumane. They have no sense of urgency for things that should have been taken care of prior to tenants moving in. On top of the AC issue, there was a creature infestation in the attic along with a hole, paired with the presence of mold due to the hole in the ceiling. There is no way a responsible company would have not noticed these things before allowing anyone to move in. Employees proceeded to have attitudes when we called about the issues, making it seem like our problem.
