The MLS On the Fly is a LIE— IDX offering promoted alongside the Houzez theme is, in practice, illusory. Access is neither inherent to the theme nor supported through clear integration pathways. Instead, users encounter escalating paywalls that appear designed to extract commitment rather than deliver functionality. The collaboration with MLS on the Fly (Realtyna) is positioned as a feature, yet it operates more like a funnel—steering customers toward expensive custom-site builds while withholding the very IDX access they advertise. Support for integration is absent; pricing transparency is absent; IDX access is absent. The only thing fully integrated is the upsell. IDX is not a feature here—it’s a mirage. Don’t buy into the mirage.

I want to share my experience to help others make an informed decision. My support period officially ended on May 22, 2025, and just two weeks later, after a theme update on June 4th, 2025, serious issues began affecting my site’s functionality. Despite reaching out, I was informed that I would need to pay up to 87% of the original product cost just to receive assistance — a steep fee for problems seemingly caused by their own update. Even during the active support period, there were moments when my concerns weren’t adequately addressed or resolved. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend considering more reliable and transparent providers who stand behind their products even after the support window closes.

It's a very nice and progressive theme for real estate websites.
