Houston Street Manor

I’ve lived at Houston Street Manor since10/24. I absolutely never write reviews but I’m truly impressed by Caressa’s efforts to get us involved in activities especially during the holidays. She’s attentive and helpful at all times. I also want to acknowledge Danny for his timeliness with maintenance request. The staff is very pleasant and respectful. Thank you.

I am celebrating this New year and my first year living here at HSM. It’s been a ongoing blessing. I’m so grateful for the laundry rooms on each floor, the automatic doors, especially when my hands are full , also I am thankful for Security and security cameras in the parking garage and throughout the inside of the building. I also enjoy the different activities the Tenants choose and our Wonderful Property Manager who helps us execute our plans, She also invites different Companies and Guests to entertain and educate those of us who are interested in Continued Growth. The amenities are too many to mention . I’m grateful to be living here .

I absolutely love my apartment here at the beautiful Houston Street Manor. My living area is very spacious and my view spectacular. The building is loaded with amenities; gym, club room, multi purpose room, computer room and, 3rd floor patio. It's also conviently located in downtown Jacksonville where many local events happen. My neighbors are friendly, and the administrative and maintenance staff though small are professional, extraordinarily helpful, and handle all concerns in a timely Manor. I feel truely blessed to be a part of the wonderful HSM community.

Houston street manor is beautiful inside but is declining because residents are not taking care of it at the rate it is going it will soon become another project. Corporate and management are untrustworthy My two children were taught the process of going to the front door calling the tenant and let them push 9 so they can enter. I have seizures they are random they needed to have fobs to let themselves in any time of day or night. They purchased two fobs at fifty dollars apiece there was no mention at the time of them not being refundable they went to turn in the fobs and were told the money for the fobs was not refundable. I guess that means they own them because they had to be re keyed yet anyone else does not have to pay when they leave My kids were punished for doing the right thin
