Houston House Apartments

The landlord is a slumlord I’ve had my ac unit sitting in a over sized hole for 5 months, door knob falls right off the door , can’t use it either the outlet is softener pings, every single night girls are screaming help, walls are caving in , paint has water in it, every day there is people over dosing, the swat team raided the apartments, none of the doors shut all the way, rent is different price and added fees every month. cars and motorcycles getting stolen, the people who live here are always fighting or high, even when somebody tried to kick in my door nothing has ever been done by management.

Lived there yrs ago. Would not recommend it would never. kids run up and down the hallways and the stairs all night long parents don't care cars get broken into management sucks they don't care about the mold or the leaks at my place flooded from the Upper Floor they did nothing about it.

I used to love living at these apartments until they sold it and they replaced the manager. Leona was a great manager and I really likes Nick too. The new manager is rude and condescending when she talks to you.

Leona is actually rude af. Called asking about apartments. Not only did she make sure I knew I was a bother but blankly made excuses to not talk. Stating applications are pending. Being in property management myself lol wasn't impressed 😒 nice one Leona. Avoid this property. If people can't even take your call how will they treat you as a resident? You never know when your being called for market servey fyi Leona 👌
