Very cool visiting Heights Tower. The people here are very welcoming and made me feel right at home.

Houston Heights Towers has earned my 5-Star rating due to the extraordinary managerial skills of Hope Aguilar. She has the uncanny ability to discern the perfect personnel traits needed for running a smoothe operational system. She manages with a quiet confidence, yet exudes authority. She sincerely cares about her 62+ seniors welfare. She is never participates or get involved with bored, petty, residential drama or gossip. Everyday, she carries herself with an air of grace, sofistication, and professionalism. We (seniors) are truly blessed to have her. She does everything possible for the stability of our comfort. She is constantly, tirelessly, articulating ways for the improvement of our residency. She is never complacent. We all should be grateful for her expertise. If not, I am sincer

Went to visit my brother nice on the inside A+for my 6 floors

I don't live here but a friend does so I come by once or twice a month. It's nice. Quiet. Clean. Better than a lot of other places I'm sure. Seems to be some drama amongst the tenants and also maybe the staff. But such is life.

This place is a blessing. Hope and Sylvia are blessings to this place. When all hope was gone, they gave me hope and immediately found room for my mom. I am so thankful this place exits. The unit is beautiful and the staff is amazing.
