Horrible management and poor communication skills. It’s hard to get ahold of anyone in the office and no one answers the phone, so much so that their voicemail box is full. There’s no control when it comes down to the security of the building. The fire alarms going off out of no where and being a disruption to myself and other residents.

I would not recommend anyone moving here. You will have nothing but problems and the same problems you go to the office for and are met with a line of people having the same problems. Specifically what has really pushed me over a boundary is my missing money order of $1500 going missing and I be told I’m still accountable for a check they lost. They made a mistake and put someone else’s check under my account and told me mine was missing. They said they’d investigate but I find they never made that a priority to do so. They gave me a 30 day notice if I did not pay with no regard to the mistake they made or criminal unprofessionalism happening in the office. My money order is not the only one that has gone missing as a tenant living here. Besides this there are other small issues, the play

Terrible communication skills so you do not care about your residence. I have been turning in complaints about my neighbor and nothing has been done about it I have submitted like 4 or 5 complaints and nothing . I would not recommend anyone moving here and I cannot wait till my lease is up.

Seth claiming he can't see the black mold when literally my walls are all black and fury with spores! Now I'm sick with pneumonia from breathing it in, my kid's doctor documented it my provider documented it, I will be contacting the health department and any other higher authorities that will take it seriously. You people are disgusting. Still haven't had my dishwasher fixed it's been months. Their is bed bugs in the washers and dryers. The county needs to shut this place down, thank you guys for never responding to my emails and pictures of all the drugs my 2 year old autistic son almost picked up along with pictures of the black mold. It just helps my case even more. You guys ignore all of us tenants when it comes to anything and everything.

Probably the absolute best team of people I have ever encountered, management, leasing, and maintenance are definitely on point, it's a great place to be and so close to everything great Tacoma has to offer and the rates are unbeatable
