These people who navigate and help you through the housing authority are truly a god send. Very customer service oriented and helpful in every aspect. I have never come across 1 rude person working here. Thank you for making people seen!

It’s very disheartening to read the latest reviews. I am a voucher recipient past few years and finally my health is somewhat improving so I’m working. I’m on the FSS program even tho I’m disabled. Yes, that program helps you become independent over time. Yes, I will admit I have not so great experiences with previous case workers and managers not fixing my rent portion which left me in debt of $2,800.00. I will fix that later in the future. But for the time being I will have to disagree with some of the reviews about staff” not caring “. I’ve spoken to Monica Crespo and Stella Garza. They have been helpful when I speak to them in person. Mrs Garza is a very caring person. She wishes there was more funding (told me this herself) so she can help more people. I’d like to recognize Mrs. Hermie for breaking down the information I needed in a clear and helpful way. She brought a great attitude to the interaction and was clearly very knowledgeable and competent in her job.

I want to thank Mrs. Gloria Valdez from Bexar Housing, for her kindness, professionalism, and for treating us with respect and dignity. As first-time participants in the voucher program, she made the process easy and pleasant with her patience and prompt responses. People like her truly make a difference.

Hi, I am reaching out to you because me and my family have been in and out of homelessness and LIKE ALWAYS the city of SAN Antonio stateS on every website, ad, call, advertisment that there is help for homeless family, family about to be homeless and when you look it up. Everything looks good, looks great. Right? But NO THERE IS NEVER NO HELP ALWAYS JUST REFERRED TO THE SHELTERS. LIKE WHAT? TALKING ABOUT Funding? WHAT FUNDING. THE FUNDING THAT'S IN Y'ALL'S POCKET!!!!
