Brian, is a highly knowledgeable real estate professional. He knows a great deal about homes, the process and most importantly what to watch out for when buying a home. We enjoyed working with him. Most of all, we appreciated his willingness to listen and responsiveness to our needs. We’d recommend Brian to anyone looking for a true partnership through the home buying process.

Brian is an amazing realtor. Not only did he get our house sold in 3 days, but he went out of his way to help us find our new home. Even though it took 6 months and Brian lives over 1 hour and a half away from the area where we were looking, he made weekly (and sometimes biweekly) visits to help us find the right home. We are so glad we got to work with him and will definitely do so again in the future!

Working with Brian was fantastic. He guided us through the process of preparing our home for sale which led to accepting an offer above asking price. He works with a network of professional contractors, plumbers and electricians who were essential through the inspection and closing process. Following closing, Brian dedicated a great deal of time for us in searching for our new home which required quite a bit of travel time for him. We found the perfect home for our family and Brian negotiated a great deal for us.

Brian helped me buy my first home about 3 years ago. From start to finish he was extremely helpful in finding the best house for my budget and situation. He knew the area very well. Since life is so hectic and busy these days, this is my long overdue review of our experience with Brian. Brian was and is friendly and very knowledgeable of real estate. He’s a straight shooter but easy and fun to talk to but also professional. He will make you feel he’s on your side and know he will represents you well with the seller/buyer. I trust his expertise and have recommended him to family and friends for their buying/selling needs. Moving can be hard and scary but having a good realtor and a friend is also great to have.
