Houghton Court Apartments

I deeply feel bad for the kids who hurt their teeth here because right across the street from the apartment is one of the worst dental clinics in the neighborhood. If you’re a parent and if you have a kids who are in dental trouble I suggest not to go there. They will scare you into coming in and the good reviews are bots there. Only two words STAY AWAY. I cannot review the dental clinic because I might be in trouble with the lead dentist. So I decided to review here instead of there.

I can’t even begin to summarize how much I love the management and maintenance at Houghton Court Apartments. The grounds are maintained extremely well, management is amazing (they even dropped off COVID care packages when quarantine went into effect) and super flexible and willing to work with you on considering requests! Randy in maintenance is an absolute gem of a human that I even look forward to running into around the apartment, super chatty and quite the handyman! The apartment building itself is fairly quiet but neighbors are super nice and understanding even if you get a little loud once in a blue moon. If you’re looking for an apartment with easy access to all that Kirkland and the Seattle area offers, this is the one! Highly recommend!

Best place we've lived. Management is so communicative, helpful with little issues, and is always fair about handling anything that comes up. The unit is also in great shape and is well maintained. I'd consider the quality of the management worth paying a little extra, but instead the place is a great deal. I'll update with move-out details if we leave, but so far hugely recommended!

Very safe and clean
