We are beyond grateful to Chris Sosik and Pat Granelli! They helped in every aspect of selling our home! Chris was there literally whenever I texted or called, whether it was to get info or for her to calm my worries, she was right there on the other end! Always knowledgeable , always polite and easy to talk to. I honestly have nothing negative to say about these two agents! They were terrific throughout the ENTIRE process! My husband and I are truly appreciative and grateful !

These guys are great -- really smart about getting the price right, cutting through the nonsense, and making sure no one wastes any time. Shawn and Parker, respectively, have sold two properties for my family and both times quickly, without a hitch, for the best current-market prices (multiple bids above asking price, since we were priced right) and without any hassles. They steered me to amazing resources to handle zoning and legal issues when needed, and those resources got things done in record time. They handled everything, provided the right recommendations whenever we hit a challenge, and just kept everything moving so I didn't have to think much about it. I couldn't be any happier and highly recommend them.

Worst group of realtors. I’d rather have a root canal done by a used car salesman than list a house with them. One of the owners is a bully. I had called from my job one day to ask a question about listing fees and blocked my number because I didn’t want sales people calling me. Somehow the owner not only got my number but got my name and address as well as other family members info and called me back and wouldn’t let me off the phone. I had to hang up on him. They listed a house for my parents and never once even did an open house! For the listing fees they charge they did nothing! If you want to actually sell your house do not list with them. If you like to get bullied or feel like you’re dealing with a used car salesman then they’re your realtors.
