This company does not care about safety or respect. Background story. We have lived in a trailer home community for 14 years. A few years ago HFA bought the community. When they first came in they removed many trees. I had one tree removed as it was dropping large limbs. Another one was questioned. At the time I was more concerned about the other and told them to leave it. Last summer (2024) I noticed the tree really starting to decline. There was bare branches. And it wasn’t as full as it was as previously. AUG 2024 I reached out to have the tree looked at and removed. After a few months (late fall) I was told it would be taken care of but it would be a while as it needed to be scheduled. Come spring of 2025 I reached out and asked if it was on the schedule.
