Horizons North Rental Office

I have been living here almost a year now an I have to say this is the WORST apartment complex I've ever lived in. When I came to view the apartment I was showed one that they had decorated nicely and was very clean. That was not so with the apartment I got. When I moved in, the apartment was not cleaned. The carpet was very filthy and filled with stains that I still can't get out. The dishwasher did not and still does not work properly and can't be used at all. The Oven only had 2 working burners and now its down to 1. The refrigerator is so old and was also left so dirty and even stopped working at one point. When I complained about the mess we moved into and the dead appliances I was told that nothing could be done about the dirty carpet but the oven and refrigerator would be replaced

I am realtor, please don’t take your potential tenants here, they don’t pay the small Fee they offered to realtors. Nobody knows the phone number for accounting and the only number they have, nobody answers. I have been to their office several times and nobody knows how to get me paid. It’s a shame

The concern I have with the property is the old furniture and trash the neighbors leave outside the garbage container. It is a complete eye sore. Some of the residence's balcony screens are torn and all kind of stuff on their balconies. There are several residences that play loud music with no respect for others. And I believe they all need to be addressed immediately because it is not good for business or family and friends that visit and are trying to make a decision to lease an apartment . Thanks

Horizon North is the worst apartment complex you could ever imagine. Roach infested, bathroom flooding, duck and dog poop everywhere. Not worth living here. Been here for 2 years and tried leaving but they want you to pay double the rent to break the lease.DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIVING HERE!

Yooo don't come live it a dump they have bad service and lots of crime
