I’m giving five stars specifically for the outstanding customer service I received from Dylan. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and resolved my issues right away. I had some concerns when I moved in back in December (under a different management company), and Dylan took the time to truly listen and make sure everything was handled properly. He was a man of his word, and I really appreciate his follow-through and professionalism. While my experience with Dylan has been great, I do wish the property itself was better maintained. The common areas are not always as clean as they should be, and overall upkeep could definitely improve. I am moving in soon and I couldn’t be more excited. This place is absolutely beautiful - the apartment units themselves and especially all the amenities as well. In love with the modern look everywhere and all the greenery. The leasing office team has been extremely helpful, I’ve been helped by Brittany, Layne and Sydney and they’ve all been nothing but wonderful! It’s my first apartment so I’ve had so many questions and calls with them and they are so kind, great at responding, explaining and having patience. They also were nice enough to tour me twice, first was by myself then it was so gorgeous I came in for a second tour with my parents to show them how gorgeous this place is. I’m currently looking for a new apartment, and my experience viewing Horizon was amazing! Layne was so pleasant and knowledgeable. Answering every question honestly and even the ones that may have been uncomfortable (reviews I read), Layne answered them with a solution. Explaining they are a new company that took over from a previous company, and they are working to get everything fixed immediately. I was very pleased on how clean and spacious these were. Also the many different floor plans, the amenities offered, and the location! I will be moving here as soon as my lease is up! I didn’t feel as if I was being “sold”, it felt very authentic like a friend just showing me a new place. ☺️

Moving to Horizon West was a great decision. I looked at a few places but had to go with this one. Amazing amenities, great environment and community and very friendly staff. I initially ran into some issues when getting ready to move here but Layne and his supervisor went above and beyond to help me get it resolved. I have not seen a downside to moving here and would absolutely recommend.

To be honest, it’s been a less-than-great experience. We moved in being told we could use the amenities of the other buildings, which they then told us once we signed that wasn’t the case. A big reason we moved in was the sauna and cold plunge, but they never worked the entire summer. There is no warm water from the sink or in the shower, so I’ve had to resort to taking showers at my gym. All-in-all, do yourself a favor and don’t move in!
