Finding comfort in knowing you are able to decompress from the woes of the average day. Unfortunately this is not the case if you are a resident of Princeton Place Apartment Complex. I would like to report the outright negligence of Princeton Pl., Apartment complex in Marietta Georgia. A apartment complex that’s had four different property management teams since residency as of June. Each property management team becoming worse with each change. From the leasing administration ignoring request, shooing or locking you out of the office; to the maintenance team neglecting requests, and verbally assaulting residents in their homes. I was scouting out locations for a relocation from Houston to Atlanta, and accidentally stumbled upon this gem. Although I immediately noticed the peace and tranquility of the property, I was quickly blown away by the Horizon property staff. I explained that since I was new to the city, I was looking for a place to live near my workplace. Almost instantly she began working with me on my transitions between cities, all the while still providing me with weekly updates on the status of my lease and new apartment. It took me nearly 8 months to complete my move to Atlanta, and never did I feel anything from the Horizon staff but excitement of having me as a future tenant. I had met with other property management companies, but I didn’t feel that same level of service and dedication. The H

Princeton Place Apartments in Marietta GA, is a great place to live. They were super helpful with the leasing process and making our family feel at home. We have been living here for almost year and really like the complex. It is a quite and friendly community. They pride themselves on keeping the property clean. I have had very few issues but when I did maintenance came in a timely manner. The staff are super friendly and helpful. It is a great place to live and the location is fantastic.

I was going to move into 26th Street Station, Kansas City, MO I believe I dodged a huge bullet by not moving in there, the staff is rude, they are money hungry and they are a tax credit property, why do you charge in the hood $250.00 to process an application for poor people? 75 app fee and then 150 admin fee. They just need to get rid of the words admin fee and just say that we want extra money for no reason to process your application. If you are not desperate then run the other direction as far as you can away from this property. I was told by other sources that they don't like to fix anything that breaks down. If I could I would say 0 out of 5 stars. I think that the place is a complete joke.

Going on my 3rd year renting at Princeton Place. One of the best apartment complexes I have rented. Maria and Tony in the rental office are excellent and have taken very good care of me from maintenance issues to package deliveries. The complex is clean, well maintained and I feel very safe. The residents I have found are nice and quiet. Off street location, parking, and trash pick-up at your door are very convenient. Would recommend Princeton Place to anyone.
