Horizon at Ridgeview

I’ve been living at Horizon at Ridgeview for nearly a year now, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. From day one, the community has been quiet, peaceful, and filled with respectful residents, which has made it a truly comfortable place to call home. A big part of that experience is due to the excellent management here—especially Jared Koski. Jared does an outstanding job as Property Manager and genuinely takes pride in the community. He’s professional, responsive, and clearly committed to maintaining a high standard for the property. It’s evident that he cares about both the residents and the overall atmosphere of the complex. Love Horizon. Love living here. It's quiet, well kept and a really great place to live. The Management Staff (Jerrod) is wonderful to work with. Best staff of anywhere I have EVER rented. Jason the Maintenance guy is wonderful as well. Not that you need maintenance much, because you don't but if you do it's a very fast turnaround and things get fixed quickly and with little fuss. I just renewed for my third year. The apartments are laid out well, super nice and you get your own yard. Super pet friendly too! Highly recommend Horizon at Ridgeview. It's also super close to everything you need or want but still feels tucked out of the way.

I loved it here, I only needed to move because my family is too many and we needed more space but it’s so comfortable, people are friendly, maintenance is perfect and always helpful.. I’m not sure how this place could get low ratings.. no hassles of any kind and longest I ever waited for any request was maybe 2 days?

My boyfriend and I are absolutely loving living at Horizon! We moved in last August into a one bedroom unit but ended up transferring to a three bedroom in May! The transfer was super easy and the property manager, Jarred, was super helpful during the whole process. The only thing I felt that was missing at this community was an on-property gym, which is actually in the process of being built right now!! We are so excited to see that come together within the next few months. The pool is amazing and the other residents that I have met are super friendly. My dog loves playing at the dog park and the grounds are well-maintained. If you’re looking for somewhere to live, that’s a bit outside of the craziness in downtown Fort Worth, but still want to be close to a lot of shopping and different r

I’ve had a really good experience here so far. Love the house and community. Management has been good as well. The only issue I recently had was they towed my car because the registration was expired. I’ve never heard of a property management that will tow your car based on that. Very disappointing in them. And I just signed another 12 month lease with them, so it was a nice gift from the office.
