Horizon Apartments and Villas

This is a great place to live! The community is well-maintained, the amenities are convenient, and the location makes it easy to get anywhere. The management team has always been very friendly and responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. Horizon offers a comfortable place to live and a welcoming atmosphere that makes it feel like home!

To Whoever is looking for a home.. THIS IS NOT IT!! I've lived here for about 6 months now.. When I tell you I have never wanted to leave an apartment more than ever. Unwanted Visitors take things out of our cars. The Landlord never seems to catch them. The neighbors dump trash everywhere in our front yard. The Hallways smell. The Pool is never heated you just have your literal body and/or "bodies". There are kids that play in the lobby with volleyballs. The animals are loud at all hours of the night. The landlord never fixes and cleans up the package room. They have charged me water bill every three months, and they never stated that when I moved in, left me kind of in a stuck spot. The Neighbors are unkind and malicious. That's not even half of it .... -1000000/10 Would never wish this p

10/10 spot. Pool and Gym are always clean. The place is very quiet with minimal chaos. Apartment managers are very responsive and any maintenance is taken care of within 24-48 hours.

Moved in about a month ago, and this place feels like home. It’s pet friendly which is a plus for my family as we have a dog. We chose here due to location and easy access to either interstate or downtown, and the lakes close by (out of town but closer than others). The clubhouse is a perk if you like the gym and coffee!! But for the apparent. Itself, the kitchen is my favorite and the closet space. Staff was extremely helpful at choosing our plan and with getting removed in, and the maintenance guy is friendly too when we see him onsite out walking our dog.

We’ve enjoying our time living here so far. Alaina was very nice and made our move in process quick and easy. The maintenance team is quick with calls. We had troubles with our shower the first week and Jerry, was quick to come in and fix it. Apartment is spacious for a two bedroom and the common areas are nice and clean. We haven’t got a chance to try out the pool as it’s been too cold, but it looks great and we look forward to trying it out when the weather is nicer. Overall it’s a great apartment.
