The complex is beautiful but some of the policies and regulations were a bit off the wall like how long your dog leash is allowed to be and where you're allowed to walk within the complex (sidewalks only even though they're missing sidewalks in certain places). They also tried to charge me while I was living there for things that were not in my lease agreement. After I moved out, I received most of my deposit back but they kept money to fix things that I REPORTED were wrong while I lived there. The pool was closed for the first year I lived there so prepare to pay for amenities you don't have access to use. I also got Carpet beetles when I didn't have carpet in my unit. I believe they came from the units near me and even though they're not harmful, they're extremely annoying and hard to ge
