If you’re looking for professionalism, transparency, or even basic respect in your business dealings, I strongly advise staying away from Hopkins Commercial Real Estate. My experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare. The owner, rather than conducting himself with integrity, was rude, unprofessional, and outright unpleasant to deal with. Communication was terrible, and any attempt to get straight answers was met with hostility. It’s clear that customer service and ethical business practices are not a priority here. If you value your time, money, and sanity, I’d recommend working with a more reputable and professional real estate firm in Dallas. There are far better options out there.

I'm not one to ever leave reviews normally BUT Chris Bass went above and beyond anyone's normal expectation of service. Chris is not only a great person in general but he is extremely knowledgable and makes you feel at ease with everything.

Terrible Company to deal with, after having a deal in place, these guys took credit app etc, approved and than made a deal with another Group and never communicated, bordering on shady Buyer beware before signing any lease with this company
