Hopes Crossing

It’s not a terrible place to live ..my unit is nice. I am comfortable inside—it’s the neighbors that suck. I have had laundry stolen out of dryers TWICE. Inconsiderate neighbors litter and dump their cigarette butts Neighbors selling drugs out of their vehicle. The parking SUCKS. Neighbors stick their cars in visitor spots Haven’t been here a year and looking to move out bc I don’t want to live amongst trash.

I currently live here and it’s absolutely trash. When you call you don’t get a call back for days. When things in your apartment break, they say “oh well send somebody to fix It” then never send anyone. Personally we have called the leasing office over 20 times since the beginning of this year and nothings been fixed. They’ll take you to court and try and evict you when you bring It to their attention. Not to mention, it’s not safe here. There have been multiple shootings and drug deals here. I wouldn’t advise anybody to raise a family here. Not to mention when your neighbors harass you and you bring It to their attention, they do absolutely nothing. Definitely reconsider when applying to this place because i wish i did.

Applied for a 3 bedroom back in December because it was posted that there was availability, even put down the security deposit on it. Was told it would be available January....then February...then they switched it to March...then April...So we took back the deposit, however where still on the list to be contacted when there was an opening ( the deposit only ensured we'd get first dibs). Checked back a few week ago, still showed there's availability however never was contacted.

Mold Infested.. Maintenance and management is very negligent when it comes to repairs needed. I guess they choose who to provide services to. Discriminating towards sec 8, tenants, retaliating when you say something. Unhabitable Development.

I wanted to rent an apartment here cause it seemed like a nice looking place but they told me i had to earn 83,000 dollars a year to rent here Wow i am a widow and work as a desk clerk for a hotel and dont make that kind of money thats insane
