Absolute nightmare. Avoid this company at all costs. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. From the moment I tried to communicate with them about a new lease, it was painfully obvious that they couldn’t care less about their customers. Emails were ignored, misunderstood, or answered with generic nonsense — as if no one actually reads anything. Without warning, two weeks until our current lease is up and we have to move out, Hope jacked the rent up by $600+ (from the number agreed upon when we started this conversation) in just a couple of days, proving that their only goal is to squeeze as much money as possible from unsuspecting tenants. I was Refered and was told to ask for Cyrstal Vargas Diaz and she answered yes this is she then , she said nobody works with that name , I wanted information on their property managment if I could speak to a supervisor or manager she said there isn’t one and if I continue to ask to speak to someone in charge she would call the police for harassment My fiancé n I do plumbing and heating at a few buildings that need a hood property managment team and I would like for my investment house in the south ozone park Woodhaven area and she said they only manage in Staten Island However we’ve done a few jobs at their buildings they manage in Woodhaven so I was extremely confused the tentant is the one who Refered us to them ,, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!

Literally they don’t deserve a star. It’s beyond 45 days and they have yet to return my security deposit. I moved into one of their properties and the place was disgusting. I had to move out within a month. I cannot the office numerous times and they don’t answer nor help. At this point we are seeking legal action. Run the opposite way of these people. Trust me

This is Corporation has bad persom encharge of the propertys not responsable ,pay late for the work and the property manager SAM TABOCHE is a persom whitout responsability for the propertys i wen working whit thems i is bad experience work like that they are racist and descrinated to the other persom realy bad situacion dial whit people like this theys never do it any thing to solved a problem his property has mice infectation and bug and lot things out of the law

Very bad customer service and representative. 90% of the time they don't answer phone calls and rude to their customer. They are very good to hide their fault .
