This office does not set up payment plans... instead, they'll insist on you making "good faith payments." Then they'll try to serve you with papers.

This 5 star review is specifically for a lady named Stacy who answered me and my brother's phone call. She is amazing! She answered all of our questions and helped us so much. We asked to speak with her supervisor but they currently didn't have one that we could speak with, a new supervisor is supposed to be starting this coming Monday. We hope that the supervisor sees this review and gives Stacy the Kudos that she deserves. She should be recognized for giving outstanding customer service! Stacy, we truly appreciated you!!

I happen to purchase my property while on deployment, so all matter related to it could only be handled online or over the phone. Including my first property tax appraisal notice. Mike, Stacy and others were extremely helpful! I was able to appeal my property appraisal and get all the information about tax exempts I'm eligible for. I didn't have to worry about doing things last minute upon return home. I really appreciate all the help!
