Honey Creek

I currently live here. Speaking proffessionally as a home improvement contractor The apartments themselves are in exeptional shape and all the fixtures work beautifully. Unfortunately the property management is very un- educated on their jobs and extremely judgemental. I think a few HR seminars would benefit their people skills along with a refresher on indiana leasing laws specifically the main boss Kristen. The only leasing agent worthwhile is Nicole she is so so kind and grew up in the industry

I’ve lived here for a few years and I love it it’s quiet clean and I love my apartment. We have had a few changes with management but they have all been nice and helpful and that’s important to me. I don’t think I’ve come across anybody with a nasty disposition. They keep the grounds clean, I see them in the morning literally picking up trash and making sure our complex looks nice. I would recommend Honey Creek to anyone looking to move to nice place.

I just move there I really like it really clean I get approved in like 4 days I applied with out tour the Appartement in the moving day I really satisfied when i see it the management is very nice and friendly specially( Kristen )

I had an experience involving financial issues that were beyond my control. The office staff, in particular, Kitzia Hernandez was very understanding, as well, helpful. The support here is non like I've experienced and not to mention, I'm enjoying the comfort, style, and neighborhood of apartment living as good as it gets. The most peaceful area with the best leasing team. The area is very small and fitting for my children and the neighbors are very nice. Any time i have a problem that needs to be fixed, maintenance is always quick with responding especially over the weekend.
