My extended family and myself have worked with Bob for over ten years on several different projects building 4 new construction custom homes across the Denver area. We used HomeWrights for our home build in Denver through their owner/builder program, where we acted as the GC with HomeWrights serving as a consultant throughout the process. We worked closely with John, who was incredibly patient, responsive, and knowledgeable from start to finish. No matter the question or issue that came up, John was always quick to respond and thoughtful in his guidance. One of the biggest benefits of this approach was the money we saved on a traditional builder’s fee, which we were able to reinvest directly back into the home. That allowed us to choose truly high-end finishes, and we receive compliments on them all the time.
