HomeTowne at MC (GG’s)

I'm grateful for the new property manager and maintenance man. I've been here for over 4 years. He came in and fixed everything in one day. Repaired things I needed done and repaired things that I didn't even know I needed. Hopefully they're here to stay!!! For about the last year and a half or 2, things weren't looking good. The property hasn't been maintained properly and we were getting random people coming in for maintenance and they never did anything. To the point that I didn't even bother to email because it was a little scary. You never knew who was going to show up to work in your home. So I'm looking forward to seeing what they have in store for the community. Again thank you and please keep Mr. Arnold and K. Thomas. Now all we need is our pool back, lol!!!!! I give the new team

Please move your family out of this dangerous community, gate constantly broken, there was a murder over her months ago because they allowed homeless people to invade the property. They want rent on time but the elevators constantly broken and people in wheelchairs can’t even get downstairs. They won’t fix anything, the elevators are always broken and elders with wheelchairs,canes and walkers that live upstairs are stuck in their apartment! They won’t cut the grass and the pool has been green for months. They have another property where all the money is going, the only great scenery is the front of the office building because they want to trick people to thinking this is a wonderful community.

I would like to share my comment, Miss Kim, In her staff are very nice the residence that lives on property. They are nice. I think I’m gonna be very happy living here.!

Tina Bateman she is an outstanding manager for us at HomeTowne at Missouri City, she is a professional, she is understanding and getting the work done here, we love her approach and the way she handles any complaints we have. She is highly devoted to her job and if she would consider being our apartment manager forever we would appreciate it, or hire someone just like her with good order.

We haven't had a Management that is concerned about the Tennant, Getting the work order at a timely response also helpful 👍 😀
