I stronly recommend that you do not use Dustin Trebilco as your agent especially if he is the sellers agent and buyers agent. He did not have my best interest in selling my home. He ok'd a color change on my house with out even letting me know and the list goes on. He told me so many things that were not true. I wouldn't use him again if he was last realtor on the face of the earth.

Renee is very professional, attentive and really cares which drives her to make things happen-the right way.! The is a realtor there name Michael Heath he is the worst realtor I have ever come across. Very unprofessional claims to know real estate but clearly does not he is renting someone else’s home because he cannot afford the home he owns in another city of Virginia. He is not trust worthy does bad shady business do not trust him. I see why this realty company has bad reviews look at the type of realtors they hire. Beware he’s like a bad used car salesman. Lies ,lies ,lies.

I recently purchased a home to which Becky Parker was the Sellers Agent. Becky's unprofessionalism and underhanded practices was overwhelming! For weeks I stressed to have an industry professional review/inspect two repair items in the home (HVAC&Leak in Master Shower). Initially, Becky Parker had her local General contractor caulk the shower glass wall (workmanship was totally unacceptable HAM) then Becky consistently provided excuse after excuse instead of just calling in a professional industry expert, two days prior to my closing she had her General Contractor sign an altered invoice stating the repairs were done and certified by a professional HVAC person however, that was a LIE what the so-call HVAC professional did during the initial/repair inspection was totally INCORRECT, this inf

We bought a house April 2020 it's now March 2021 we still don't have our final documentary, when you call they don't answer the don't call. Our 1 year warranty is almost over and we have multiple clames that we can't report because of 5he missing documents.
