This group of agents consistently does not follow through with things. I have mistakenly given them 3 opportunities to work with us, the results have been promises to call, information to be returned, looking into things. In each case, no response back. 1 time, I can see something following through the cracks, 3x says there is something systemic with the agents. Deal with at your own risk and be ready to follow up repeatedly if you want any results.
