Absolutely love working with Hometown. Kate Marable is very knowledgeable and has an amazing gift of matching buyers and sellers! She sold our home in 1 day! Then found us another that same day!
This guy is a joke!!. He works "FOR THE BANKS" driving down property values by appraising a home just barely enough to get the loan, causing you to have no equity from the beginning. SO the banks can make more money off of you. This man appraised the same house twice in less than 6 months and with no changes to the home, the second one came in right where it needed to be to get the loan, but was thousands less then the previous appraisal. He also takes months to do the work which causes you to lose out on interests rates. I wouldn't recommend this guy to walk my dog!!
