I can't say how much I appreciate the level of detail they put into the management of my investments - from the initial leasing to maintenance to move outs and filling vacant units, they are by far the best. Communication with me, my business partner and the tenants is spot-on. I'm not naive enough to think that problems don't come up because they do; but I rest assured that they are on it, because they always are.
